Cinnamon, Mannitol , Magtein & B1 HCL together?

What if I heat a glass of water and add Mannitol and Cinnamon powder, and take B1 Thiamine HCL and Magtein / Magnesium L-Threonate capsules and gulp all of it together?

What do you think will happen?

Don't know. Am sure that it's a combination of stuff that is beneficial. Just had coffee with coconut oil , cinnamon and mannitol.

Yes

Thanks... I am excited.

Mind telling us the volumes per coffee and how many times a day?

It was probably about a gram, and only once in the morning. I just remembered why I stopped using it last time. Started to get rhematoid arthritis symptoms - i.e. stiff hands and painful joints. Having the same coffee this morning, but with curcumin with pepper replacing the cinnamon.

Interventions need to be undertaken one at a time otherwise you have no idea what is going on if your symptoms become aggravated, or improved for that matter. For high-dose thiamine in particular, correct dosage varies with the individual and too much can be adverse. The correct dosage and effect of cinnamon upon Parkinson's is unknown and will require experimentation.

Thanks. Its just that I am getting desperate.

Sorry to hear that. It is important to feel your feelings, but some feelings should not be allowed in the driver's seat. Desperation is one of them.

If you would care to share, which symptoms are causing the worst problems? What medications are you taking?

Long story short, I am not at all responsive to Levodopa.

If you're not responsive to levodopa, are you quite sure it's Parkinsons?

4 neurologist gave the same verdict. Personally I doubt it.

Forward head, stooped posture, coordination issues, speech issues, heavy sebum, no arm swing, rigidity, slight shuffle, very slow movement, inability to type reasonably, clawed right palm and fingers.

No memory or cognitive deficit, no resting tremors. 6 years post diagnosis. No response to C/L, Pramiprexole, Parkitidin

Currently trying daily: Mannitol 2 tbsp, Magtein 1 cap, Thiamine HCL 500mg, Curcumin 1 cap, Cinnamon 1 tsp, Vit D3 5000 iu with K2 MK7

I too am non-tremor dominant and have motor impairment as my main symptom. I can only tolerate very small amounts of levodopa – 12/50 carbidopa/levodopa ER during the day.

Since you have already started all these interventions, wait and see at this point.

Try to take a deep breath when you feel desperation coming on... focus on your breath coming into your nose and out through your mouth...let the air that you breath in and

send it out through your lips be directed (at anything you choose to focus on like a target) your lips should be together with just enough of an opening so it creates some back pressure when you expel the air..and as an additional you should really APPRECIATE each and every breath...try this for 5 min and you should experience a calming effect

When you think of food you must eat thousands of compounds all together. Many multivitamins have lots of things mixed together. Just look up each ingredient for interactions then if there aren't any I'm sure they should be ok together.

I'm on Rasagilina + Inderal. I also take cinnamon with yogurt (morning) a spoon of olive oil, ginger tea (I chew the slice used for the tea) at lunch time and a clove of garlic at night. Diagnosed in October. Read hundreds of scientific studies and decided for these natural substances, as I found many studies that show they improved or delay symptoms of PD. Let's see what is the result...

Mannitol is a diuretic so it shouldn’t be taken at the same time as B1.

Mannitol opens the BBB, so taking it along with B1, Magtein & Cinnamon should hypothetically pass nutrients from these compounds into the brain easily?

Increasing fluid intake should address the diuretic part??
