Having real issues with neck rigidity so want to share some great help I just found on the web. The rigidity was causing my neck to crack while OFF and thought I needed a chiropractor but it was muscles pulling on my neck bones. 😲

Some great exercises for PD/dystonia on YouTube called Smart XPD. One of them was 5 great Parkinson's exercises: Some are just sitting in a chair but very useful.

Keeping your neck rigid looking at a computer monitor for too long without a break will cause neck pain.

Thank you SO much for leading me to Patrick. I have never heard of him before. After COVID is under control, I would love to have a few 1:1 sessions with him!

I don't know where he is but he's easy to follow isn't he? Makes the exercises look easy and do-able. Right up my alley!
