Foot Dystonia stiffness

I have a Parkinson disease a number of years. In the the beginning of my journey Sinemet helped with my leg dystonia. My entire leg is stiff and stiffness started in my right arm. I was going to buy magnesium spray on Amazon, but I do not know what the best kind to get. Does MM help? Thank you!

Thank you very much!!

The magnesium spray did not help as much as magnesium capsules. That’s just my experience. I can tell if I miss a day or two.

Have you had any Botox injections for your dystonia. As with anything , it works for some but not all. It really helps me and I receive injections every 3-4 months. Karen

I take magnesium threonate (from Magtein -100 mg) with food once a day, and I use the spray (-100%natural magnesium oil from essentially) at night and in the morning. I order them both from Amazon. The oil works very quickly and great for me. I know how painful it can be. I hope it works as well for you.

I take daily magnesium threonate and glycinate. I also use a magnesium oil spray every morning on my stiff leg and shoulder. I get it from Amazon. Life-flo brand. It really helps!
