Hoping to have a Covid free right eye, now dexamethasone has been found to be an authorised effective treatment for Covid 19

These are eye drops I use twice a day to prevent a corneal graft rejecting. (Recently that had been every hour- because I had a rejection episode). Because of the frequency and regularity of use, they have to be "preservative free".

This led to a little embarrasement the first time I ordered them in France and said to the chemist they had to be "sans preservatif". "Preservatif" is french for condoms, and you could see the girl wondering why I was insisting on having eye drops without condoms...

As you can see from the packet the french for preservative is "conservateur"
