oh dear. i am so sorry. i have found the vials thru Canadian World Pharmacy., if u are inteterested in the injectable Thiamine HCL. it could be 3 weeks, though, until they are shipped. My pharmaciesc in Dallas, tx area are out as well, ....

Hello Roy, I am relatively new to this blog/website? Bu t over a few months of following I had learned enough about this amazing Italian doctor to know that his ideas were more advanced than anyone I had heard about in this country. Unfortunately I was not in time to know him personally, but I can/t believe that his death means the end of his work,,,Surely there must be people he worked with that will continue with this extremely important work? I sense that you a re connected with a possible answer to such a question, but perhaps I am out of line to ask? I dont know how else to communicate with you so forgive me, Lynn

My life’s purpose, maintaining Parkinson’s disease support group and other efforts, was and is “pay it forward.” My family and I are immensely grateful for Dr. Costantini, who is my second neurologist, transforming my life from disabled to reasonable. Last week Doctor Costantini died from COVID-19. For me he stopped the progression of this Parkinson’s disease. Just thinking about what could have been in the near future makes tears come to my eyes. The first time I cried, 2012. I was stoic, did not cry when my first neurologist diagnosed. As the days and education evolved, realization, I cried. Thanking Eternal Heavenly Father for this blessing. Thanking Guardian Angel/Saint Costantini.

God Bless Dr. Costantini . He has tremendously helped me , although not in Parkinson . B1 was a blessing . Dr Costantini was such an angel . He was a gift and without any interested only helped his people .

Sad to hear this. I just discovered this thiamine protocol and was hoping to be guided by Dr. C as traveling to Italy is out of my financial capacity. I am PWP , first diagnosed in 2014, did not start medicines till 2019, currently I am on syndopa plus (100/25) 1 tablet thrice a day. But haven't notice any improvement , right foot shakes when using hands ,right leg toes curl when sitting or working or typing. Right palm is clawed and weakness in both the arms, speech is sometimes clear and sometimes garbled and hurried with repeating word starting with 'R'. primarily no resting tremors, have consulted four neurologist (3 MD & 1 DM) all have confirmed ,diagnosed as parkinson's
Classical symptoms are stooped posture and slow movements.
Do you think anybody else will respond on Dr. C's email on the protocol to follow or we are on our own for the trial and error regarding Thiamine supplementation?

I got solgar 500mg tablets, that is the only one available in 500 mg. Started with 2 grams yesterday. The capsules available are 100 mg
Increased to 3 grams yesterday. Have started powdering the tablets as the tablets are very difficult to swallow. Powdered tablet is very bitter.
