I was in my 14th year and doing poorly. I went to my usual DR. visit and he gave me Selrgiline 5 mg that i take one with my morning meal.. My meds were only lasting for 1.5 hours. I would take 2 25/100 C/L every 2.5 hours 24/7. along with 300mg gabapinton and 2 gm ropinirole 3 times a day.. I would wake up and take the C/L ropinirole and gabapinton and it would be at least a hour and some times 1.5 hours before they kicked in and only last for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. I would be off for a hour between doses. I would only have 1 out of 3 hours that were good.

I now take 3 25/100 C/L 5 times a day 4 am 8 am 12 noon 4 pm and 8 pm. I take the ropinirole and Gaba gust like i was. Now i sleep better have almost no down time. But i do have what i call slow time when my hands and legs just are not 100% i am at about 80% which i can live with.

Just been busy building a new home and and finishing our man cave 1300 square feet and my work shop 1900 square ft. All of it under the roof of a 50 by 60 metal building which also includes 1100 square foot living quarters for me and my wife.

C/L last longer starts faster 1 hour vs 30 or 45 min.

I dont crash i just slow down. Fewer pills and longer between doses.
