Quick question, can anyone recommend a good supplier of melatonin to the uk (I realise that I can’t buy it directly from the uk).

A quick search on Google brings up loads of suppliers in the U.K. including Holland and Barrett and Amazon!!

That's surprising as it's banned from over the counter sale in the UK as is only available on prescription from a doctor. I've just looked on Amazon UK and h&b and can't see it available, although there are products that are called melatonin boosters?

Sometimes I try buying somethings from vitacost in New Zealand and it says it doesn’t ship to my country. Like Lithium orotate. Maybe they have a list of things each country won’t allow except on prescription. It seems in the US people are allowed a lot more say in what they take.

I know you can buy it online in the us and in Australia from chemist warehouse but i dont really know in the uk. I think you maybe able to get it from a Boots .

Unfortunately that's the problem, it can't be bought over the counter in the UK. Speaking to my doctor on Monday to hopefully get a prescription.

Interestingly, I also found this on Ebay UK. I have never seen this strong of a melatonin supplement before. I wonder if it is a mistake?
