I heard him say years ago that he has parkin 2. I've know idea what that is. I know the gene parkin is involved in Parkinson's but he was calling the disease that. It's strange that this is in the news today

Sorry to hear Ozzy has parkin-induced parkinsonism. Yea that is a mouthful but was intended to illustrate how specific his diagnosis is - unlike most PWP. Here is an article about adult-induced parkinsonism caused by parkin/Park 2:

My hope is since they know the cause of his PD they can tailor specific therapies for him - unlike most PWP. Also I wonder how many causes of PD there are and this is the reason why therapy is so variable.

It is never easy to get to talk to celebrities. If it were, I would possibly be able to help them. I make nothing out of what I do, I only want Pd patients to get better. If anybody who can speak to Ozzy, can make contact with me and what I tell them does not work for them, trhen what have they lost?

Let me say one thing. If anybody watched that one short video they would have heard that Ozzy was battling to speak properly. One thing that woks for everybody who can't speak but really wants to be heard - THEY CAN ALL SHOUT!! That, like lots of other symptoms that I have been able to overcome, merely by understanding what is really happening and deal with symptoms in a different way, medication-free,

yes, he is off to Switzerland in April. They were very vague about who or what dr("professional") they were going to see. They did say ... 'to strengthen his immune system' ; Lets try to track that info... would probably be helpful for lots of pwp...

I was a big fan of Ozzy's when I was a kid. I am a bit shocked. Ozzy and mjf should perform Johnny be good together. I'd watch that.
