PIGD:

Conclusion

We found that CMBs are more frequent in PD patients than in controls, especially in those with the PIGD subtype and CMBs on the lobar area. Further study investigating the pathogenetic significance of CMBs is required.

Note: this would explain higher iron content in PD brains. The question now is what causes the CMB and can be stop them?

My mri showed 6 dark dots that I think are micro bleeds. More support for my brain iron. How to get rid of it without becoming anemic??

We don't know and it is quite doubtful that excess iron in ones blood causes microbleeds. Nor do we know that anemic people don't have microbleeds. We need research to find their cause. Head trauma is one suspect, but are there more causes, possible things like high blood pressure.

My husband played football for years heading a soggy heavy leather football. Not surprising if he has microbleeds.

Could the microbleeds be due to excessive straining from constipation?

I was about to say the same. Although one could ask if constipation was an early sign of Parkinson's
