Nourianz new medication to reduce off time

I would appreciate any feedback on Nourianz from anyone who used it. This is the new class of medication: adenosine A24 inhibitor. It doesn't have anything to do with dopamine. It can reduce OFF time by as much as 2 hours. It was used in Japan for quite awhile and now it has been approved in US.

Felixbed, my neuro suggested Nourianz for my increasingly long daytime OFF hours. Got samples, starting them today, will give an update soon.

Felixmed. This is a brand new cutting edge medication right? My doctor also wants to put me on it. Do you have any updates?

I stopped taking it because it made my dyskinesia worse.
