I read some data on taking Mannitol, got some and took it, but didn't see any changes. Does anyone have information or success in dosing and using Mannitol?

I’ve read a bit about it and have ordered some. My husband has lost his sense of taste to a great extent. That’s why we are going to try it. The research on mice indicates that, unlike most other drugs or supplements, a smaller dose works better than a larger dose. Someone mentioned they were taking a tablespoon a day. Trial and error I guess. Good luck.

It's not an overnight cure. You have to take it for weeks, even months, before you enjoy the benefits. Keep trying!
