I've tried the magnesium glycinate for about a week. WOW!! My joints, that have been bothering me for years are healing!! Can't wait to see what's gonna happen next. Can't remember who initially sent the post about this but Thanks so much!!

Ive had had great success with Mag Glycinate I’m suppressing muscle cramps. Started taking 800 mg/day; now down to 400mg/day. My functional medicine MD says this form of Mad is particularly well absorbed. I complement this supplement with 2400mg of CoQ10/day.
Incidentally, my first St Bernard was named Buckwheat!
Thanks Buckwheat. I have been unloading a lot of mulch to put around permaculture beds/ trees, etc ,and my right wrist and finger joints are getting quite stiff and painful. I will give it a try! Aunt Bean
BTW I made a mistake on the dosage. It's 3 capsules or 600 mg is the max I take. I usually take 2 or 400 mg. Probably want to start low and work up. When I take 3 sometimes it acts like a laxative.
