Anybody have any idea how to obtain the ADO-CBL form of B-12?

Thanks - John G

I have bought it from KAL nz.iherb.com/pr/KAL-B-12-Ad...

Now we use Hardy’s daily essential nutrients which has it and the methyl form plus lots of other vitamins and minerals and other compounds like alpha lipoid acid, acetyl carnitine, NAC, grape seed, lithium orotate etc in it too.

hardynutritionals.com/produ.... It’s expensive but cost effective and easier when you think you can replace lots of other bottles with one.

He was taking 1/2 of one of the 1000mcg per day but now takes 12 of the Hardy’s den capsules instead which has 3x 300mcg of the combined methyl and adenosyl. I’m not sure how much of each b12 but you could email and ask them.

Thanks P_B, I'll definitely try some. What do you think about this product from the same company? It's a sub-lingual Methyl Folate. I noticed the dose is 1000mcg where as most folate supplements come in at 400mcg.

I carefully avoid any folate supplementation because we get adequate amounts in our diet and excess folate is carcinogenic. I cite the published research in my writing, linked to below. I recently had my folate level tested and it falls right in the middle of the desirable range.

Thanks PB. I remember you posted on this subject Re Folic Acid. I didn’t realize it extended to Folate as well. The only reason Folate is on my list of supplements is as a regulator of Homocysteine levels. Thanks for the link. I’ll definitely take this info into consideration. 😁
