This should be the last and final remedy to try. There is no authentic data on the success and failure of this. Getting the command centre of the body fiddled with is most risky and to be avoided. This is my personal view. Others can throw more light on this

Raising dopamine levels want alleviate Parkinson symptoms. That's like saying taking on more sinemet is better. This study seems to market DBS. Need to find the sponsor of the study. NPF has a great DBS forum to read about this procedure forum.parkinson.org/forum/4...
