B1 thiamine question

I am trying to order B1thiamine.. I have seen B1 thiiamine hcl, B1 thiamine hci, and B1 thiamine hct. I am confused as what the difference is and which to order. Also which works better the powder or the capsules. Thanks for your help.

You want to take thiamine hcl. Vitacost sells 500 mg capsules. Solgar sells 500 mg tablets. Use the search function (looks like a magnifying glass) to search for posts regarding thiamine. There are dozens of posts with hundreds of comments. Good luck! I take 3 Solgar tablets per day.

B1 is just another name for thiamine.
