Hello everyone, I had the chance to meet Dr. Costantini and to be followed patiently in finding a proper Vitamin B1 dosage that truly helped me. As a way to support people who are Parkinson affected and following Dr. Costantini's lead, my husband and I created the following website :

stopparkinson.org/

(English and Italian languages ) hoping that his findings and therapy could reach as many people as possible. We do not sell any drugs , this free website has the only purpose to

inform on how to use Vitamin B1 (thiamine) following Dr. Costantini's

guidelines.

Dr. Costantini is an extraordinary neurologist and amazing person, he has helped thousands of people for free and was incredibly enthusiastic of his patients' improvements. Get well soon Antonio.

Thank you, SeaPearl, for such a clear and comprehensive website. You are a star! What a gift to the B1-therapy seekers everywhere, and what a way to honour and preserve Dr. Costantini’s research and unique protocol to help treat a disease that otherwise only comes with the ‘degenerative’, ‘progressive’ outlook. Thank you 🙏.

Aw.. thank you for your generous reply. I was blessed to receive help when I needed it, so this is our way to contribute and support dr. Costantini. Yes, I/we strongly believe that Parkinson can be blocked if the treatment starts at early stages and Vitamin B1 allows to get back your life . I also visited Regen Parkinson Therapy Center in Boario, Italy. They specialize in improving your lifestyle. Focus is on the quality of life (gymnastic and therapies , voice exercises, info, ) e.g. you can learn how to walk normally, or what exercises best help hands/feet/legs . Nevertheless, they do not promote any drugs or medicines. So, in my opinion, if you combine the beneficial blocking effect of Vitamin B1 to a physical therapy that improves movements , you can really reasonably deal with Parkinson. Extremely important too, is the psychological factor: these are ways to fight back Parkinson, you learn and act so that your life is NOT stolen away without reacting. A lot can be done, but you have to start right away.

Hello. Actually, Dr. Costantini asked us to insert their link to our website and we did that stopparkinson.org/indice/ , but probably it should be visible in the home page too. We will update the website shortly.

Superb, and really useful.

I was on the verge of letting go of HDT : I was trying for more than a year to find the right dose for me, with no success - despite the help of Dr Costantini. Your contribution convinced me that I must try again, from a clean sheet of paper. Thank you.

PS

Do you have recent news about Dr Costantini's health ?

Hello Xenos, It took me a year too to find a proper dose . In the beginning and for months I took 8 tablets ( 500mg each) of vitamin B1 , then in 2019 I stopped for about three weeks and gradually restarted taking it. I understood that half of the dose was enough for me. Of course, we all respond differently to the treatment and the dose vary accordingly. In my case, I noticed that 2 factors affect my condition: 1) season changes, and 2) not strictly respecting the time in taking medicines. Best of luck with the new try!

Ps Unfortunately we don't have recent updates on Dr Costantini.

Are you Art reloaded!? Just kidding!

Humm..?

Art (easily) was the guy who gathered all the HDT info (actually dr. C voice) and he just quit the forum last week. Coincidence!?

SeaPearl in reply to ion_ion

I see. No, I am not Art. I met Dr Costantini short after I was diagnosed Parkinson desease. Because my husband is computer skilled we then came up with the website idea, which is now in two languages but we would like to add other versions. Spanish? German? Chinese? We shall see if we can find translators.

Ps The material and links added were provided by Dr. Costantini himself.

I did not know about the forum you mentioned, I will look for it.

Thank you for all your efforts in putting this information together.

(I for one have benefited from Dr C's work on thiamine.)

I will be spending many hours wading through the reports as it appears that thiamine

can help many people not just pwp.

To me it makes sense that once something goes awry in your body, eg PD, that other systems may not be functioning as well or conversely because the thiamine system is not working properly other diseases can take hold. Food for thought.

You are welcome, we are truly happy to know that the website is of help. There's a logic in what you said' Let's hope for exhaustive cause/effect answers and very importantly for a recovery cure . I want to be optimistic, a matter of a few years only.
