B-6, Methyl Folate and B-12

I know it's been written before, yet I'm still confused. Vitamin B-6 has to be taken a few hours after Levodopa, RIGHT? Even though he is on Levodopa/Carbidopa, I still hold to that "rule".

Methyl Folate, B-9, is it safe or no?

Vitamin B-12, I have heard a negative about it.

He takes this daily at 1:00 PM along with 500 mg B-1 (Thiamine), 1000 mg MSM, Velvet Bean Extract

(Mucuna pruriens) (seed) standardized to 15% phytochemicals (50 mg)334 mg (I know this isn't a very high dosage), 600 mg NAC, 10 mg NADH and finally 10 mg of Ptersotilbene.

Am I on the right track or am I causing a train wreck?

Correct re B-6, I wrote about it here: healthunlocked.com/parkinso...

Personally I avoid folate because it elevates cancer risk: dailykos.com/stories/2018/5...?
