Fear or Anxiety

Lost my two brothers when they were seven months and 18 months. Cystic fibrosis. I was three years old and seven years old.

My life has been full of fear and anxiety. Thinking I would be next.

Yet, my life has been Full-of fatherhood, grandparents, Marines, two masters degree,

Teacher, therapist, a marriage of 50 years.

I still am fearful and anxious. Can I stop it?
