Norman Doidge, MD, THE BRAINS WAY OF HEALING, 2015, addressed the PONS in chapter 7.

PONS = Portable Neuromodulation Stimulator.

If you do not own the book it's worth buying...NEUROPLASTICITY.

Unlike DBS, it's non-invasive and has been experimented on by the military. When my son was DX with PD, I kept waiting for the PONS to be released.

Chapter 2 covers John Pepper.

That's great news, I have read the book by Norman Doidge where this device is used and quite frankly both of his books are an eye opener and a delight to read, knowing that there are (and have been for many decades) amazing medical professionals that have explored and created these ways of healing the brain. If ever these devices become available to purchase or used in clinics worldwide we will be first in line. Best wishes and luck to you.

The processs is with a trained Physiotherapy and twenty minutes at a time with the PoNs device in your mouth. I will dicribe the process as I go along.

Hopefully I will get results like the people in the book!

They have applied to the us and e.u so downunder should not be that far behind, exciting times ahead for all of the sufferers!

I am so lucky to be here in Canada for this treatment.

I agree, and I am looking forward to you sharing with us the process as you experience it in your treatment.

If you notice improvements and you find the PONS is up for sale to private consumers, please let us know.

Good luck!

Los Angeles, CA, USA

Please see this press release from the company making the PONS device. They are seeking licensing in the US for the machine to treat balance issues arising from traumatic brain injury. They caution about any future uses for which licensing might be granted. heliusmedical.com/index.php...

This Pons Devise Did not work for me made my symptoms worse. I met just a few others with PD using the Pons who had the same as my results. Also met many people with MS and they also had very little if any improvements. Only heard of 1 person out of 50ish who had good improvements but did not verify or meet this person only heard of them from the company so not buying it sorry. It is Severely Overpriced.

You're experience is very interesting and potentially valuable to me. I have used the PoNS Technology, but I used my own version it. The Patent Is available online, I use that as a guide for engineering and assembly of a Neuro modulation stimulator. I have had marginal success in treating my PD using my Device. I use it mostly for meditation, stationary cycling and treadmill walking. As you can imagine this was no small task. I have invested much time and money out of my own pocket to develop a suitable device. I would greatly appreciate knowing more about your experience. What improvements did you notice? Thank you very much.

Hi there,

I used the pons device with great success while I had it for 14 weeks

Of my treatments. You cannot buy it yet. I am going to probably use it again but I want to see what my new schedule and the effects of the B1 hdt. And the magnesium L threonate and the mucuna powder with matcha tea. Has on me.

My improvements have been better stamina. No stooped posture and now I go to pd gym classes twice a week and kickboxing three times a week. Great fun!😁😁
