This is the link for our hdt primer page. Below vitacost you'll find the new link for a vegan/vegetarian friendly option with no harmful fillers also.

This product is highly recommended because it's free of fillers. I think that's very important for us because microcrystalline cellulose which is in most of these as an added ingredient is wood pulp which clogs up cells.

One of the members I follow on this forum brought this to light for me about the fillers. Not sure if it was Kia, please remind me if you remember who it was.

Hi Ernie,

I added a post to the HDT Primer page earlier today notifying the members of your vegan/vegetarian friendly as well as filler free 500 mg thiamine HCI capsules that you are offering as well as directions to the link to get them. Thank you for taking the time to meet this need for PWPs! Previously we did not have this option readily available. Now thanks to you, we do!

Ernie, I just thought of another use for your form of HDT supplement that you offer.

In instances where people have developed rash and are unable to use HDT, Dr C has come up with a couple of work arounds to this problem. The first one is to see if reducing the HDT dose will resolve the problem and still have the HDT work effectively for symptom management. The second option is to try adding an antihistamine to see if it can control the rash while allowing use of HDT. Another option that he mentioned was that sometimes the allergic reaction is due to the fillers that are used in B-1 capsules and tablets and not actually the B-1 itself. In that case your "filler free" capsules would be just the ticket since they are only pure thiamine HCI powder!

This product is free of heavy metals. Should difinetely be trialed, to look for a difference as opposed to these products which are full of fillers. With our situation (Parkinson's) the first step should be elimination. In other words stop ingesting the foods (supplements) which clog up or cells.
