Heard that music intervention therapy known as melodic intonation therapy helps people with PD,any thoughts.

Like gamma light at 40 hz also helps clear amyloid beta n Lewy bodies.


I always do my power walk to music. I have collected a playlist of music at 110 beats per minute, which suits my speed. The prefrontal cortex is the part of the brain that instigates movement. This doesn't work well in parkinsons'. Music bypasses this part of the brain and makes movement easier.
