Is anyone aware of MS being successfully treated with high dose thiamine hcl? It has helped me with PD. I have 2 friends with MS.

HDT, if any benefit to MS is likely to be in terms of fatigue reduction. The one that is popular in MS is high dose Biotin, which has shown some benefit.
