More and more people are working on Fecal Transplant.

It can lead to a treatment in a reasonable delay :

Fecal Transplants sound very promising however I've read some place that their recipients need to keep donor's diet to continue to feed the good "bugs' and maintain microbiome. Not sure how difficult this could be but definitely worth a try.

Hi Faridaro,

There was a start-up aiming at making FT pills. It was in the US, but I am unable to find them on the Internet at this time.

Maybe the best idea is just to follow the donor's diet in the first place.
