Lion's Mane mushroom

I've been taking Lion's Mane - Hericium erinaceus - (Host Defense Mushrooms brand) for a couple of months, not sure if it's been helping since I take it along other supplements. Paul Stamets who developed this brand has very impressive credentials but I've been reading some controversial opinions about his supplements using mycelium only vs fruiting body which supposedly has more medicinal value.

I've seen a number of people on this forum using Lion's Mane and would very much appreciate if you could share information on the brands you are using.

Thanks, looks like Indigo Herbs is a good supplier but unfortunately it is located in UK and I am in US.

An herb expert at work recommended it as well as Bacopa. I would get an OK from the neurologist first to be safe.
