MB Anderson's Profile

Thanks to this site and my close proximity to St. Paul, MN, MB Anderson has become my friend and mentor. I just noticed that MB (Marc) recently updated his profile. I re-read the entire introductory comments which Marc shared primarily for "Newbies" like me. Marc is a veteran who likely contracted PD because of his service. He is smart, kind, and generous. I encourage everyone, Newbie or not, to read his profile. We will all make our own decisions regarding medication, diet, and exercise, etc., but one of many silver linings in this PD diagnosis is becoming friends and sharing ideas and information with so many great people like Marc. Thanks, Marc and everyone else! You inspire and encourage me.

Nice! Hats off to MB and Jim’s new found friendship.

I’d like to add my appreciation to Park_bear’s data and research and to easily for B1 forum statistics.

Thank you for pointing this out. Marc’s profile read is fantastic and I hope he doesn’t mind if I copy his idea 😀 Joe

As you know, Joe, you are another person I frequently lean on and learn from. Your very first post detailing both the substance and the rationale for your current regimen is something I refer to frequently. Among other things, you led me to Tru Niagen and a specific exercise program, which I believe are among the two or three most important factors in managing my symptoms. Thank you for your thoughtful contributions and insightful analysis. 😊

Thank you, thank you Jim for your gracious comments.

There are many on this forum who made this a great place long before I discovered it, who have inspired me to try to contribute, but I'm not going to even try to name them because there's so many, I would surely forget a some.

This is so much more than a place to share research and experience. It is truly a community. Like-minded souls facing daunting challenges together makes it so much easier than facing them alone.

I couldn't explain how much you all have helped me.

Much thanks to every one of you.

Marc

There certainly are many caring, helpful people on this site and I hope I didn't embarrass you by singling you out, but your introductory comments on your profile are exceptionally worthy of attention for newly (and not so newly) diagnosed PwP. Very thoughtful, very thorough, very informative, very encouraging, very inspiring. Thanks again!
