Great article (if only I could understand most of it). Recognized many of the herbs and spices I'm already taking but I think we need a bit of research to look at combinations of these. Do they have a synergistic effect or do some of them compete or simply do the same thing. Just wish I'd done a bit more of this science stuff when I was at uni.

I think it is so specialised would have to be doing a PhD in this topic to cover any of it! After all most doctors don’t seem to even know much about it. With the internet now we all have the opportunity to study the latest breakthroughs in much greater depth than any dated university course would!
