I use Aloe Ferox capsules. Excuse the pun, but they work well!

I would prescribe you Gabapentin and Amitriptylne for sleep.

I'm in the same boat and am only new to this. Sleep has been a problem for several months and then the tremors started. I have increased dopamine levels by having a pineapple juice, banana and frozen cherries smoothie before bed and sleep has improved. I recently followed a link in near infra red therapy and have ordered a device. In the meantime I have been having an infrared lamp on my head twice a day for 15 mins though one evening I fell asleep and had a 6hr head treatment. No adverse effects seem to have occurred. Check this site for near infrared treatments. It is so interesting. Max Barr from Tasmania Australia made his own helmet for near infrared and I have ordered a more refined product from his Men's Shed. Cost was $300 plus postage. In the meantime I have also tried Dr Constantino's high thiamine treatment, taking 100mg twice daily and this seems to have lessened my tremors.

Where do you purchase to b1? And does it have to have HCL on the end?

Valerian root, open capsules and dissolve in water, one or two at bedtime, same in the middle of sleep cycle. Also put in a GABA capsule the same way.

1200 Valerian, 375 GABA, 350 Dopa Mucuna at bedtime. I have a double sitting bedside in case I need it, always need at least one more hit during the night. Also use melatonin.

Take some cannabis. Both THC and CBD oil help. A Indica cannabis will do best for sleeping.
