Parkinson's report and prognosis:
I fast walk three miles (gentle hills in route) every other day. I have tremor dominant pd. I was dx three years ago. I take no medicines, herbs or dietary supplements... I have the traditional p symptoms with the exception of falling. My gait is somewhat affected by pd. I get around well, with only a hint of shuffling or instability. I recently started using an electric tooth brush. My right arm and hand is weak and my blessed wife has been cutting my meat into bite size portions. I do not know what beneficial effect walking has had but for now, it is my therapy. I am watching for the cure or treatment, especially ultra-sound surgery. Please keep me advised.
When first using an elect tooth brush, remove the clear protective brush cap. I did not. The elect brush made such a racket while I tried to brush my teeth (yes, I topped the 'brush' with paste) that I asked my wife to look at it. I thought I assembled it wrong. No, my wife did not laugh at me.

whens the next chapter?
Yesterday. Yesterday I moved my thiamine hcl dose to 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Previously, 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Formerly, 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.
These moves are/seem to improve my tremor.
I visited my primary Dr today @5pm she said you're doing very well I don't see any tremor 😁. I wanted to tell her yes B1, but I don't think she'd understand.
Congratulations Ernie!!!! That is incredible news! You are the 24th person on this forum to report tremor improvement from B-1!
Just curious if you are using just the bulk B-1 powder and no B-1 pills or capsules?
One other question, would you please copy and paste your post as a reply to your original post on the "who is taking thiamine" thread?

do u take levodopa in any form?
C/L 50/200
I have sent dr c video's- dr c has told me i must start sinemet 25/100 along with B1 because they work synerggistically. does that sound accurate to u? I ask u because, like u, i am tremor dominant, diagnosed 3 yrs ago at 48 yo. i am concerned about developing dydkinesia ...
Sounds right to my understanding. Including no dyskinesia. Regardless, you have little choice.
Dr C also recommended I take Sinemet. I have to see my neurologist for a change from Selegiline ; not sure she will want to switch gears.
