Thank you I Eat ginger snap cookies regularly and didnā€™t know they are anti-inflammatory. I use them to defeat nausea occasionally. I have some Tumeric so Iā€™ll start using it more often thanks again .

I eat a Paleo diet as much as possible but the biggest help to my gut has been drinking homemade Kombucha every day. It also have fixed a chronic candida problem. I also meditate and have my husband massage my feet every night which relaxes the vagus nerve and my whole body.

I drink Kombucha instead of my šŸ·... unknown type of bacteria but ā€œprobablyā€ good stuffā€”certainly more beneficial than booze šŸŒ

Buzz. A proper anti inf approach needs a simple saying bourne in mind: if itā€™s made by God, go for it and if itā€™s made by man leave it. Some would even argue against fruit to a high degree as it can carry a lot of sugar. The paleo advice above is good and Keto too although long term adherence tough

Half a tsp bicarbonate of soda is doing wonders for me - significant reduction in night time stiffness and easier to roll over etc.

Tastes vile!

in reply to Astra7

Mixing the baking soda with fresh squeezed lime juice instead of water can help with the taste!

Baking soda, assume itā€™s a similar chemical structure to Borax (separate forum)? Should be close enough ... eh?

in reply to AmyLindy

Different actions overall though. They are both alkaline, but baking soda does not have boron and as such, no anti-arthritic effects and not as potent antifungal effects.
