Riboflavin Has Neuroprotective Potential

I found this article to be interesting and hopeful. Maybe some here have tried this B2 vitamin.

I tried high dose B-2 as one of my experiments because I think there are currently three studies suggesting it may be useful for PWPs, but since I do not have PD, I have no idea if it would be beneficial or not for that purpose.

The main thing I noticed with riboflavin is that it turns your urine an iridescent yellow/green color. If B-1 adds a little odor to your urine, B-2 adds a lot more odor.

I didn't notice any problems from my relatively short experiment (two bottles).
