Suggestions

I will be receiving the Dopa Macuna 15% L-Dopa tomorrow. I want to begin taking it in an attempt to see if this alone will replace the Carbidopa that I currently take 2 times a day each measured at 25-100. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to take it? I currently take one Carbidopa at 7 AM and the last one at 1 or 2 PM. Should I take one Carbidopa at 7 and the Dopa Macuna at 2 PM? Does anyone have any experience with taking Carbidopa and Macuna and if so how have you taken it and how has it worked for you? Has anyone used and heard of the above Dopa Macuna?

What is the total weight of the extract? Multiply it by .15 to get the amount of L-dopa. Go from there. Search the site for MP lots of info.

I purchase Barlowe's Mucuna Pruriens 650mg, 40% L-Dopa, that is 260mg of L-dopa each capsule. I also purchased Zandopa, whole seed powder. No other meds.
