What are you going to take? Do you take any supplements? What are your symptoms?

The time release versions of c/l are much better for me than the immediate release version.

It may work really well with little or no side effects. It may not work at all. It may work with side effects. You won't know until you try. How long have you been taking B1 and what dose? Are you in touch with Dr. C? Have you experienced a positive response to the B1? What is your age?

B1 2 months, 2 to 3 grams, no consult with Dr. C, helps stiffness. I'm 61,male, 6ft, 180#

According to two of the neurologists I've seen, the highest incidence of early dyskinesia is in women of smaller stature. That's no guarantee you won't have side effects, but it's in your favor.
