Thanks for the article...I been having concerns over the probiotics ive been taking...i stopped taking them several months ago. i have had bloating and other intestinal issues. i'm thinking it might be best to just take them periodically - not daily unless im experiencing diarrhea or have had a round of antibiotics. ive noticed they do help with diarrhea, pretty quickly.
