Thanks for the reply. I did come across the article on the dangers of Chantix.

Do you know of any drug that will help with gait balance and freezing? Also, have you seen anything lately that would point to any success with Nilotinib?

High dose thiamine has improved my gait significantly.

The benefits of nilotinib in the phase 1 study that made the headlines may have been exaggerated and the adverse effects understated.

If so, how much, how often, and what symptoms has it helped?
