This is a link to my vlog about the need to educate people about medicinal cannabis.

Thank you again, Ian. I am a believer in medicinal cannabis. Saw a powerful series called The Sacred Plant online. I live in South Africa and there is a great deal of official vacillation about the medicinal use of marijuana. I am not in pain but I know many people who would benefit. Bless you for your research efforts for PwP.

I suspect the dose varies from person to person. But the CBD oil he has is obviously from industrial hemp based on the trace amount of THC he reports.

I don’t understand why people keep buying CBD oil from industrial hemp. It has been repeatedly stressed that hemp CBD oil is useless. It is CBD oil from medical marijuana that helps with the symptoms. That is because it contains more than a trace amount of THC.

Personally I use a tincture that is THC predominant.

You need more THC (in my experience). I take whole cannabis, using a vaporiser - 20% THC and around 2-5% CBD

I live in Oregon where cannabis is legally sold to adults through specially licensed stores. There all over the state. It’s been this way for several years and I don’t think that there has been any measureable negative consequences.

Unfortunately I have not found any consistent benefit from using it. This is very disappointing to me for I have enjoyed it immensely for 45 years. I do think that CBD oil is a good analgesic and sedative.

Ian, I would need evidence that your DBS is turned off I have also seen youtube.com/watch?v=D0Hlo_5...

All I will say to that is that if I say I have switched it off, it has been switched off. My videos are meant to help and inform, and never intentionally mislead.

Hi Ian. Where do we buy this in Uk and which one do you recommend? I know of CBD Brothers. My husband tried it in the daytime but it didn't do anything. He has had DBS and recently had his settings changed which has been better for his balance and wellbeing in general but he is experiencing tremours in the night and I think CBD oil might be worth trying again.

CBD alone can be bought from CBD Brothers, and I recommend the red paste for effective relief from anxiety, but for effective tremor control I find that some THC is required, so unfortunately that means buying on the black market. I get maximum benefit from vaping whole cannabis.

Think you hit the nail on the head. Works for some and if it works it’s medicine. Thc does nothing for my tremors however combination THC/CBD tincture does help me get better sleep. Not always effective but either does melatonin or clonzapem. Everyday is different and so is my sleep.

hi ian what is best way to take raw leaves if i can get some

Hi

The leaves have a much lower cannabinoid content, and what you want is the bud of the plant. I use a vaporiser to take my cannabis, but initially smoked it - a bit rough on the throat and lungs, but a good way to see if it has the desired effect before investing in a vape. Edibles are discreet and effective, but much more hit and miss when it comes to calculating dosage because it takes 30 minutes to an hour before it takes effect.
