along with thiamine i take life extension bioactive complete b-complex. the b-complex has 100mg of b6 as pyridoxine hci should i stop taking the b complex?

Many PWP are B6 deficient. If I don't take B6 I get paresthesia in my feet. It is better to have a blood test to determine B6 level before cutting it out completely. Large doses should be avoided I agree.
