Has anyone got a link to a good practical video that covers the whole range of exercise a PWP could consider? I go cycling and work out on a rowing machine and lift light weights and go for long walks (thnx John Pepper). I read a comment elsewhere that novelty is important to challenge the brain so I guess those here that do boxing are on the right track.

But today I am perspiring sitting here typing ...

Various things on YouTube, search for "Out-Thinking Parkinsons" and "PD Warrior". Others will appear.

Also <pdwarrior.com> have just brought out an excercise App for for pwp. Nice to work with.

You might try Sarah King's website. She's a physical therapist for PWP and has a lot of videos on exercises for us.

I looked her up a while ago but it looks much more useful now so I will take this one forward. Thanks!

A slightly off topic personal observation. I get Fatigued every summer during the blazing hot days in Texas heat outside or inside with air-conditioning without air-conditioning doesn’t matter .It sounds crazy I know it does but even when I’m sitting in my apartment on the sofa in the air-conditioners cooling me at 70°F I feel fatigue all day until the sun is been down a couple hours and then I start feeling better. Therefore I do my exercising several hours after dark as fallen .

I've read that fatigue, dizziness, lightheadedness, etc in reaction to heat, intense sunlight, and hot showers is real and has something to do with changes in blood pressure. I have the same issue.

Interesting that I am not the only one. I’m not happy about it but it is good to know I am not alone.
