"Really good news from my husband. Dr Constantini has confirmed he’s definitely improved in all aspects in last 2 months. Do you know how long his oldest patients have been ie have they been treated for 5 yrs and have they remained stable ? So impressed!! "

Yes, five years stable and Doc Costantini, told me expect lifelong stability in my case.

It's Vit B3 that I ordered, Roy, not B1.

Today our Family PP prescribed B1 shots for my husband!! Unbelievable. He also admitted that big pharma are not interested in trials for B1 as there is no profit. Tomorrow I will go to the drugstore to buy the B1 injections. One of his nurses will administer the injection, twice a week. The prescription is for 90 days. Getting there!!!

Roy, you are the most current in providing thiamine info for PD therapy. Thiamine arrived today, Amazon, three containers, 500 mg, 120 capsules ea, $42 free shipping. Starting tomorrow. Thank you Roy for all your informative posts! Will let you all know my progress 2-3 months down the road. TC.

You will start seeing improvement much sooner. I am happy for you and happy you have ignored those that have negative bias.

Right you are Roy! No longer crave levodopa. No bedtime or nighttime levodopa. Sleeping very well throughout the night.I'm cutting back on my daytime levodopa. Started with 4 X 500 mg thiamin hcl at 6 AM, and 4 at 12 noon. I'm now taking 2 X 500 mg 3 times pet day. 2@ 6AM, 2 @ 11AM and 2 @ 5PAM.

Thank you Roy for getting the word out on the amazing Dr Constantini and thiamin!

Roy. Hi. Quick question: if you were to drop the B1 and rely solely on CL, how would your symptoms be? Much worse or just marginally so? Thanks

in reply to jeeves19

I have not tried

But at some point before the B1 introduction?

in reply to jeeves19

Little improvement. Much improved while on B1

Have you gone down as far as 2 g Roy? If so, was there a big difference between that and 4? Thanks 🙏

Any difference in dosing between water soluble versus fat soluble thiamine?

in reply to Isthistheone

Water soluble thiamin HCI is the doctor's advice.

Hi RoyProp as far as I can see you've become the voice for Thiamine that's great I wanted to share what I know. I live in Western Australia and its illegal to import Thiamine 500 mg x 300 tablets into Australia. Government will only allow 90 day supply as noted on the bottle .so after getting tired of swallowing so many small dose tablets I went to see my local doctor who said I/M Thiamine is readily available your chemist has to order it in As I've been injecting my self with Vit B12 I should have no problem with the Thiamine

.Im 5 days on Thiamine and suddenly I don't have constipation any more I am wrapped any Aussies out there hope you read this and try Thiamine I'm encouraged by your comments Roy to not let negative comments deter our journey to find something that benefits our PD enemy I hope I've sent this to the right place Cheers.
