Recently diagnosed at early stages and only drug i am on now is rasagiline which makes me feel a bit woozy. I am in the supplement business and have always been physically active so I hope to be able to offer some support for all.

Got my diagnosis today. I’m 31 and my doctor hasn’t started any meds yet. Go back Thursday. We can compare notes.

I strongly recommend investigating any natural support (high dose Thiamine for one), diet and exercise before taking pharmaceuticals. Many neurologists will prescribe dopamine agonists or carbidopa/levodopa right away for relatively small symptoms. Often with young onset it is more likely to develop dyskinesia earlier, so putting up with milder symptoms and delaying meds might be a good plan.

I agree with Julie Grace! My name is Julie too and I live in New Jersey as well. I'm 47 and was diagnosed at 45. I'm resisting medication and trying to address diet, use supplements, increase exercise, all that good stuff! Welcome to the site to share

Do you know of anything that helps with debilitating fatigue ? Nothing helps so far.....diet, exercise, supplements.

Also in New Jersey and had same problem with rasagline. I started taking it before bedtime and I basically sleep through any dizzy side effects. Also find supplementing with B1 helps with fatigue
