What counts as a heavy drinker? 1-2 drinks socially a couple of beers at a game? I have never gotten a good answer.

if you have to ask...LOL, just kidding! Heavy is you drink multiple drinks every day, and that includes beer. Or if you drink to get drunk. One or 2 socially is not "heavy", neither is a small glass of wine in the evening.

Good article, well worth reading and keeping even for non alcoholics.
