Thanks. Felt a little odd reading a paper on nutrition from medics(!) but it seems a comprehensive review from that perspective.

I am working on replacing the 3 kg I lost while in hospital recovering from elective surgery (medics own goal!!!); so eating regular protein - but not a good combo with L-Dopa, as noted in the paper.

btw curious about their Ghrelin (appetite hormone) reference noting some neuroprotective properties
