It is 100% mucuna--no fillers, and it is pharmaceutical grade. I've taken 1/2 tsp. before bed for over three years every night. It allows me 4 hours uninterrupted, deep sleep. It wears off then and I take another 1/2 tsp. I sleep 4 more hours, sometimes more.
