Physical exercise is good for Parkinson's. Parkinson's is simply one of the forms of old age. Physical exercise is good for all aspects of aging.
At my age, I've learned that if I'm going to do something it's going to take me longer than it used to and it's going to hurt more than it used to. I got to keep doing it. Use it or lose it!
