yes , but liposomal glutathione

Non-Liposomal Glutathione doesn't pass the BBB, but NAC, a precursor, does and is much cheaper.

PS. iqbaliqbal, liposomal formulation resolves a lot of bioavailability issues, but is more complex and therefore expensive, so do you fully trust the stuff you're getting is really liposomal?

Hi MBAnderson !

Can you give me some studylinks for NAC (I suppose you mean N-Acetyl-Cysteine ? )

Which amound should you take for about 64 kilogramms bodyweight ??

And can you say >>> is Cyste Plus from Thorne a good supplement ?

Thorne is a reputable brand. I buy a lot of their stuff. You may want to check Amazon and some brands are cheaper.

You don't have to be real precise with the dosage. I take a little less than a level teaspoon, so the dose is different each time. I weigh 165 pounds.

Examine.com is an excellent website for comprehensive information.

After such a long time, wondering if you’re still taking the high dose of NAC?

I took NAC for a few months only at that time.

Yes, we still put a teaspoon in our smoothie, but we make 2 glasses that its name, so I'm only getting 1/2 teaspoon.

Because I take a teaspoon a day, which is a lot relative to other supplements, I buy it from Bulk Supply.

Kia, the Functional Medicine doctor prescribed "Quick Silver" Liposomal Glutathione. It's great but a little expensive.

be sure to read the post from 4 days ago - glutathione and amalgams fillings.

I've been taking glutathione with NAC for about three months now and can't see any difference.

Could you tell us what type/brand of glutathione and NAC and at what quantity.

in reply to Greenday

SwansonUltra brand glutathione 500mg with each meal 3x daily and swanson brand NAC 600mg with each meal 3xdaily. I wouldn't say don't try it.....try ANYTHING! Maybe it would work for you.

I don’t think you need to feel it for it to work, though ;) I’m researching that it’s more about Neuro protection.
