Is constipation the body's way of extracting every nutrient out of food to fight what is going on? My BM lately do not need my squatty potty. Sorry for the details nice and smooth.

Constipation in a PWP could be due to decreased movement in the intestines. That would mean that the food does not go through the system very quickly.
