EMG nerve test

So I recently had an EMG done on my right leg and right foot because I’m having problems with my foot being numb and pain, my right leg drags a little and gets rigid. The EMG test came back normal, so this brings me to the conclusion that this is just the PD starting to really kick in, right?

Right. The problems is in the brain not in the peripheral nerves.
