I am still experimenting but I have been mixing a half a gram of a CBD rich strain ( 50/50 split ) with a half a gram with an indica heavy THC. I have researched and found a strain in my area that has some of the ratios I am looking for and I am anxious to try it.

Sorry, I did not fully answer your question. I dilute it down to 30 mil or 1 once with coconut oil. I will then put a dropper full under my tongue once every four to five hours, more if I am interacting with the world. No high just relief.

It is scary because we have been programed to believe it is a gateway drug. The stats do show that some who have tried marijuana went on to heavier drug use, a lot more went on to munch out on MacDonald's french fries.
