I WAS SO EXCITED TO MAYBE GET IN ONE OF THESE CLASSES SINCE I HAVE HEARD SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT AND CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY ONLY DO CLASSES DURING THE WEEK 1PM-3 PM? I WORK FULL TIME AND CANT GET OFF WORK TO TAKE A CLASS BOOHOO NOW I HAVE TO START ALL OVER LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO GET MY EXERCISE ROUTINE STARTED.WHY COULDN'T THIS JUST BE EASY? DONT THEY KNOW SOME OF US MIGHT NEED EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS? WHAT THE FRICK N FRACK WERE THEY THINKING?

Each affiliate is different on their hours. That would be frustrating! Make sure you let them know you need an evening class. If they get enough people they will probably open an evening class when they get a few more people. I started at Headquarters almost 11 yrs ago, but I've been going to an affiliate for the last 3 years and at 1st the affiliate only had a day class, then they added an afternoon class, then they added a morning class.

yes i did ask if they would consider doing an evening class and he took my number and d=said he would contact me if they were to be able to arrange it..heres hoping for that to happen.i guess they may think all Parkies are stay at home folk I really hope they can work out their schedule to accomidate us who still work full time.Thanks for the reply laglag!

You're welcome. I just retired 3 yrs ago so I could only go at night up until the time of my retirement. I really hope they add classes for you too.

At the affiliate I go to, they just added a Saturday class because of demand. They're expanding as more folks join. It also depends on the time available at the location where they hold classes.

I have decided that I am going to get trained in Rock Steady myself. The training is held in Indianapolis and is $500. I am a therapist so it is right up my alley anyway. I thought I would bring it to people (and benefit from it myself) at a different time and location than what is available around me. Be the change you want to see!

wow 500.00??? the classes here are 15 each 0r 130.00 for a package

lol! No, it is to become a Coach/TRAINER. Why not? You can teach the Rock Steady class.
