Every person experiences Parkinson's differently, with their own set of symptoms. We have created a survey assessing the different symptoms people experience in relation to a number of demographic factors such as age of onset.
We would be really grateful if you would take part; the survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete and is intended for individuals with Parkinson's only.
