Hello! I have learned so much on this forum! Thank you to everyone for sharing your experiences and knowledge. I am thinking I should get testing for various vitamin levels, etc. Does anyone have suggestion for a panel or specific vitamins, etc. to test for? Thanks!

I have suggestion for a vitamin to take. See my posts regarding B1 thiamine
An annual comprehensive blood panel and a competent doctor (to interpret results) are the best way to determine and address any nutrient/mineral deficiencies you may or may not have (vs random shots in the dark).
